High School 15u - 18u ~ Nov. 2nd - Feb. 28th ~ 4 days per week @ 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM. Saturdays @ 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays ~ 5 players per workout ~ Weight Training will be major focus Youth 11u - 14u 14u players have option to do High School Package.
