The idea of the "Complete Player Program" is to become better in all aspects of baseball/softball.
The Complete Player Program is a series of 1 hour classes scheduled twice a week for 8 weeks (a total of 16 classes). During the training the player will receive training on the mental preparation, the physical preparation, and the fundamentals to compete beyond the competition.
Some points the training focuses on: - Footwork: pre pitch, prep step, then first step - Ground ball fundamental approach: feet, head, body placement - Ground ball fielding: front hand, forehand, backhand, and on the run - Proper throwing position for maximum velocity while increasing accuracy. - Agility & Quickness: being explosive and having quickness with feet and hands. - Fly ball fundamentals: getting behind the ball, 2 hands, angles. - Situations: learning where to be at all times. - Mental approach: whether playing defense or offense the player will be a smarter all around player.
First Session starts Tuesday Sept. 6, 2016. Every Tuesday and Thursday night for 8 weeks.
